Services

A to Z Learning LLC offers tutoring, math intervention, and educational support services. Specific services, pricing, schedules, and policies are outlined separately in service agreements or enrollment materials.

A to Z Learning LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or website content at any time.

Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any sessions that need to be canceled will be rescheduled for a different day and/or time, to be mutually agreed upon between the client and the tutor. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of emergency or at the discretion of A to Z Learning LLC.

In the event of tutor illness or emergency, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.

Refunds

Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds for prepaid services or packages are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of A to Z Learning LLC.
Administrative fees or third-party processing fees may be non-refundable.

Service Changes

A to Z Learning LLC reserves the right to modify session schedules, service offerings, or policies with reasonable notice. Ongoing services may be discontinued by either party in accordance with any written service agreement.

Payments & Billing

Payments for services are processed securely through Wix and its third-party payment processors.

A to Z Learning LLC does not store or have direct access to full credit card information. By submitting payment information, you agree to Wix’s payment processing terms and conditions.

All fees, billing schedules, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the service agreement provided at the time of enrollment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, documents, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of A to Z Learning LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
