Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to refunds and rescheduling for services provided by A to Z Learning LLC. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

By enrolling in services with A to Z Learning LLC, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

Rescheduling Sessions

Sessions that need to be rescheduled must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice.

In the case of illness or emergency, sessions may be rescheduled to a new day and/or time based on both the tutor’s and the client’s availability.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling, except at the discretion of A to Z Learning LLC.

Refund Policy

Once a tutoring package has been used in part or in full, refunds will not be issued, except at the sole discretion of the owner of A to Z Learning LLC.

All tutoring services require time, preparation, and reserved scheduling. For this reason, refunds are limited and evaluated carefully.

Requesting a Refund

If a refund is requested, the following is required:

  • A written request submitted via email

  • The request must include the reason for the refund request

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Any approved refund amount, if applicable, will be determined solely by A to Z Learning LLC.

Policy Updates

A to Z Learning LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
